Supporting the local Event teams is very important. It means all the AquaPaddles can be first and foremost, Safe and Inclusive. The Volunteers are the heart of what we do and supporting them in their roles is key to ongoing success.
AquaPaddle HQ has developed various comms systems, including the AquaPaddle Discord, and mutual improvement systems to help volunteers be the best they can. We will also be developing a network of Volunteer Champions and Envoys whose role is to help and give guidance to Volunteers in their area.
AquaPaddle Captains have their own channel on the AquaPaddle Discord Comms system where they can seek help and advice from other Captains.
All Volunteers can seek advice from AquaPaddle HQ by emailing [email protected]
