AquaPaddle Event Terms and Disclaimer

Conduct

Please be mindful of your actions and their impact on others at all times, as our events are attended by families, children, and vulnerable adults. If any behavior is deemed inappropriate for the setting, we reserve the right to take any necessary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees.

By registering and/or participating with AquaPaddle, you shall be deemed to accept that you also agree to follow our rules and guidelines.

• AquaPaddle Volunteer
• AquaPaddle Safeguarding

If you volunteer for AquaPaddle you must follow any additional rules and guidance provided, in addition to complying with any local laws.

If AquaPaddle is notified and it is determined to our satisfaction that you have engaged in conduct at AquaPaddle events that violates our rules and/or guidelines, or have taken actions at any location that could place AquaPaddle at risk or bring it into disrepute, AquaPaddle reserves the right to take any measures we deem reasonable and appropriate. These actions may include, but are not limited to, removal from roles of responsibility within AquaPaddle, deletion of your AquaPaddle profile, and a ban from attending or participating in any or all AquaPaddle events.

Liability

AquaPaddle and those acting on our behalf accept no liability for any loss, damages, or expenses of any kind, including, without limitation, loss of or damage to property, or claims by third parties howsoever arising in connection with your participation.

This exclusion of liability shall not apply to damages arising from death, personal injury, or damage to property, caused by the negligence of AquaPaddle or any of its employees, agents or volunteers, or to any other liability we cannot exclude by law.

AquaPaddle welcomes people of all abilities, however, by agreeing to these rules, you accept that you do so entirely at your own risk and that it is your responsibility to ensure that you, or those you are responsible for, are fit and able to take part in AquaPaddle events.

Please ensure, where appropriate, that you take medical advice before participating in any AquaPaddle events.

Disclaimer 

I understand that accidents can happen without any contributory negligence from AquaPaddle or its staff. AquaPaddle can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or for personal injury not arising as a result of its own act or default.
