We aim to help people's mental wellbeing and physical health through paddle sport and provide a free-of-charge, timed 5km paddle for all abilities, on waterways across the country. We are growing and supporting the paddle sport community, that will complement our BlueSpace activities.

AquaPaddle – BlueSpace
This is the heart of what we do
We run BlueSpace or blue therapy sessions for those who need them for mental or physical health reasons. We have built a network of Delivery Partners from the paddling community, across the country, to provide these sessions to their local communities. All these activities takes volunteers time and money. We need to raise money to help those in need.
