Barball brings the full-body benefits of stand-up paddleboarding onto dry land. Founded by Nick Mason and backed by elite SUP athlete Emily King, it has been designed to build real, functional strength that transfers directly into sport and everyday life.

Most fitness routines focus on endless reps, heavy lifts, and isolated muscle groups. The result is that people get stronger in the gym but not steadier in real life. Balance, coordination, and stability are often overlooked, despite being the foundation of all movement.

Barball changes that by engaging multiple muscle groups at once in every rep. The core works through the abs, obliques, and deep stabilisers, the upper body engages the lats, shoulders, and arms, the lower body activates the quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves, while stabiliser muscles in the ankles, hips, and shoulders are constantly working to maintain balance. It feels smooth and simple, but the entire body is working together continuously.

It enables full-body training in 20 to 30 minutes and can be used anywhere, including at home, in the gym, or outdoors, with no water or complicated setup required.
