AquaPaddle Mersea is at the Mersea Boating Lake, a beautiful 6 acre lake, on Mersea Island, Essex. It is accessed via the B1025 road from Colchester. Please use the What3Words link below to navigate to the Location.
AquaPaddle Mersea is lead by Becka and helped by her Wonderful Crew. If you would like to Volunteer and become a member of the local Crew, please contact the local AquaPaddle Captains through the Discord Comms System or email AquaPaddle
The route is around the secluded lake 10 times. This means it is one of the more technical Locations, but it is ideal for beginners with only a few paddles under their boards.
The Launch point is next to the Lake House and the whole route can be seen from there. This makes it an ideal location to bring friend to watch you paddle. They can enjoy refreshments whilst doing so.

The Lake House will be open and selling refreshments.

There are toilets and changing facilities at the Lake House.
The Lake House has changing facilities. Belongings can be left at the Lake House during the event. There is an indoor seating area if the weather is inclement.
