About
This is the safety briefing at AquaPaddle Maidenhead. The Safety Brief is a vital part of any AquaPaddle, even for the experienced AquaPaddlers as it covers the basic safety issues that might arise. Especially, new ones that might have come up since the last AquaPaddle.
Belle Yates and her AquaPaddle Crew. Most are members of Paddleboard Maidenhead, run by Tara (second from left). Anyone can volunteer or land or on-water roles. Just contact Belle through the Discord Comms System or email AquaPaddle
The main image is the start of the first AquaPaddle Maidenhead. There was a good turnout and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. There is even a lone Kayaker. Kayaks and canoe owners are also very welcome to come and join in.
There is lots to look at on the Route of the AquaPaddle Maidenhead. The Route goes just north of Boulters Lock towards Cliveden House, which can be seen on the top of the hill as you paddle towards the turning point.
