Bath's beautiful alternative location when the River Avon is flowing too fast. It is a lovely quiet stretch on a Sunday morning. Starting at the historic George Inn, the route is a simple out-and-back paddle through the wonderful Avon Valley.

There is limited off-street parking otherwise park at The George Inn and record/pay on their app.

Refreshments
The George Inn has excellent food and drink or there is also the Café on the Barge, just up the towpath.
Facilities
There are no changing facilities but there is a barge selling tea, coffee and cakes. Highly recommended.
