This long period of freezing weather has caused us to cancel the final AquaPaddle of the year.
I’m sorry to have to let you all know that the last AquaPaddle of a brilliant year has had to be cancelled due to ice and freezing temperatures. We have had a brilliant first year at Southend with Sarah-Jane and Del hosting a fantastic and fun series of AquaPaddles. 2023 will be even better.
The next AquaPaddle Chelmer (Hoe Mill) – Southend is on 22nd January 2023.
We are delighted to announce the Launch of AquaPaddle Northampton, lead by Kelly and her brilliant Crew. After training at AquaPaddle Maidenhead, under the amazing Belle and the Maidenhead Crew, they are ready to run their own AquaPaddle on the River Nene. The first AquaPaddle Northampton will be January 8th 2023. Hopefully, the weather will be kind to them and be a little warmer 🤞
There are restricted numbers to start off with, but come the Spring and Summer, it will become a must visit Location to tick off your AquaPaddle list. How many will you visit in ‘23?
Over the Christmas holidays we will be making some updates to the website to make it even better for 2023. More features and a lot more information for all AquaPaddlers. This means from this weekend, 17th December until the end of the month, there will be times when the website is unavailable. Hopefully this will not be for too long each time. Please be patient with us. If there is something urgent, then please email us at [email protected].
Finally, all of us here at AquaPaddle HQ and all our AquaPaddle Captains and Crew, wish all AquaPaddlers a very Merry and Peaceful Christmas. Thank you for paddling with us and hopefully inspired you to paddle more in ‘23. We all look forward to seeing you in the New Year. It’s going to be exciting! Best wishes, Brett.
