Another weekend and another AquaPaddle, this Sunday it’s AquaPaddle Swansea.
The weather is looking good for early December for a great Sunday morning on the water with Emily and her brilliant team. If you haven’t paddled there yet, it’s a lovely location paddling among the hills and bridges around Swansea.
Why not mix the AquaPaddle with a bit of Christmas shopping, as the Swansea Park and Ride is just by the Route of the AquaPaddle. There is still time to sign up and take part.
The AquaPaddle Southend team have a new Winter location at Hoe Mill Lock on the Chelmer. It is more sheltered than The Thames at this time of year. It is also an interesting route. Somewhere a little different for the Essex AquaPaddlers to experience.
The River is run by Essex Waterways and there is a need to buy a £5 day or a £35 annual license to paddle. Click here to buy a License. The next AquaPaddle is just before Christmas on 18th December, so why not register and wear something festive.
Now is a great time to ask friends and family for a Paddling present. Why not ask them to buy you a bit of kit that will save your life and keep you safe.
Also, whilst on the subject of Christmas, if you are sending out Christmas Cards to friends and family, please could you add a note about helping to support AquaPaddle over the winter with a small donation. They could text a donation to one of the numbers below
